Music Inspired by Cornwall The three movements are Prelude, Sighing and Truro Toccata. The first public performance was by the Cornwall Youth Brass Band conducted by Elgar Howarth in 2007. Elgar Howarth (born 1935) is an English conductor, composer and trumpeter.
