1909: Tredavoe Independent Brass Band has received, through Mr Edwin Chirgwin, of Tredavoe. (9 September 1909 – Cornishman)
1910: The procession, headed by the Tredavoe and Paul Bands, the Independent Band of Hope banner, presented by Messrs Mackenzie and Bramley, borne aloft. (26 May 1910 – Cornishman)
1911: Tredavoe Brass Band rendered tuneful selections during the afternoon under the direction of Mr S Lee. (7 September 1911 – The Cornish Telegraph)
1912: A procession of about three hundred members paraded the district to the strains of Penzance Salvation Army and Tredavoe Brass Bands, and then proceeded to Trereiffe. (30 May 1912 – West Briton and Cornwall Advertiser)
1913: Saturday, the children assembled in large numbers, and headed by the Tredavoe Brass Band, marched in procession, gaily decorated with flags, their return journey they visited the vicarage grounds. (19 June 1913 – Cornishman)
1913: The bazaar was re-opened Thursday. Previous to the re-opening the children, headed by the Tredavoe Brass Band paraded the town, and afterwards to the Drill Hall. Mrs C H Spivey presided, and the room was comfortably filled. (28 August 1913 – Cornishman)
