We do not know when St Anthony Brass Band was formed.
1866: Portscatha Independent Sunday School children, under the superintendence of their minister, the Rev. G Orme, headed by the St Anthony Band. At five o’clock a good tea was provided, and various sports were engaged in. (28 July 1866 – Lake’s Falmouth Packet and Cornwall Advertiser)
1887: Rev. B F Tyacke, vicar of Lelant. Tea in the vicarage at 4, St Anthony Brass Band will in attendance. (25 August 1887 – Cornishman)
We do not know when St Anthony Brass Band disbanded.
