1927: The silver cup was won by Ponsanooth Council School boys. Rame Cross Brass Band, conducted Mr W Richards, played during the afternoon. (19 July 1927 – Western Morning News)
1928: Rame Cross Band active. (St Stythians Silver Band book 1928-1978)
1929: Rame Cross Band attended. (15 August 1929 – Cornishman)
1934: Falmouth Town Band, assisted by Mabe and Rame brass bands, gave a concert at Gyllyngdune Gardens, Falmouth, Sunday night. The Falmouth band, under Mr T G Moore, played the selection which has been chosen as the test piece. (18 September 1934 – Western Morning News)
1935: Civic Services at Helston and St. Ives. Helston and Rame Cross Silver Bands (Mr. N. Trudgeon). (28 November 1935 – Cornishman)
1936: Norman Trudgeon, Rame Cross Band MD. (Contest archive)
Rame Cross Band had its own band room for practice but it is now a dwelling. (John Brush)
1938/39: Rame Cross Band disbanded and the closing proceeds were dedicated to the upkeep of the War Memorial of Edgcumbe Methodist Church. (John Brush)
