Molinnis is a hamlet half a mile north of Bugle
1871: According to a report in the Royal Cornwall Gazette of Saturday the 3rd June 1871, Molinnis had a brass band which played at Bugle Sabbath School Anniversary on Sunday and Tuesday, the 28th and 30th May. The band was conducted by Mr. T. Manhire.

We do not know any dates for Molinnis Fife and Drum Band.
These fleeting mentions are evidence that the little area of Molinnis had both a fife and drum and a brass band. As ever, if you have any further information then we would like to hear from you.
