Henwood is a hamlet in the civil parish of Linkinhorne in east Cornwall on the edge of Bodmin Moor and situated between Stowe Hill and Notter Tor

1865: Henwood Brass Band, marched through the mines and villages of the neighbourhood. (18 August 1865 – Western Morning News)
1866: Led by the Henwood Amateur Brass Band. The procession marched through the principal thoroughfares of Rilla Mill. (22 September 1866 – Cornish Times)
1869: Henwood Brass Band marched to the Cheesewring. (31 July 1869 – Royal Cornwall Gazette)
1871: Henwood Brass Band, marched in procession, with many members of the Temperance Society. (8 July 1871 – Royal Cornwall Gazette)
1873: Met at the Cheesewring on the 29th May, whence they marched in procession to Upton Cross Chapel, headed by the Henwood Brass Band, and carrying appropriate banners. (7 June 1873 – Royal Cornwall Gazette)
