The Radford Charitable Trust was formed in 1970 with funds provided by Maisie and Evelyn Radford. The objective was, and still is, to advance musical education and to help musicians in Cornwall realise their musical potential and not be held back by lack of opportunity. This has been achieved

Dialect song by Bernard Moore. Bernard Moore was the pen-name of Samuel Syrus Hunt (1873 -1953). He lived in London but his poetry was inspired by Cornwall and Cornish culture and dialect.
