  In 1938 the White Aces became Cornwall’s Champion Accordion Band. They were founded by Raymond White of St Dennis and were one of five accordion bands based in the village. The White Aces were also the first Cornish Accordion band to broadcast on radio. Source: Garry Tregidga on Facebook
