This version of the song is from “Sengen Fiddee”, An Daras Cornish Folk Arts Project 2003. The song was
arranged in 1932 by Ralph Dunstan based on the tune “Flight March” which was traditionally played at St
Keverne’s Feast, on the 18th November. The lyrics were reconstructed from fragments still rememebered
and published in Cornish Dialect and Folk Song (Truro, Jordan’s Bookshop, 1932).
