1921 – Newlyn Male Voice Choir

 

1921: Newlyn Male Voice Choir formed.

1921: The Newlyn Male Voice Choir first performed to raise money for the family of a quarry worker who had died.

1921: Mr Thomas, Musical Director.

1960 to after 1980: Mrs Marion Rae, Accompanist.

1980: J D Thomas, Musical Director.

1983: Took part in the 1,000 Voice Concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

Stella Pendrous, Accompanist.

1921: Newlyn Male Voice Choir formed.

2013: Becky Lovegrove, Musical Director at the Cornwall Internationl MVC Festival.

2013: Pippa Drummond, Accompanist at the Cornwall Internationl MVC Festival.

2014: Newlyn Male Voice Choir disbanded due to lack of members.
