Trewellard is a small village on the north coast road between St Just and St Ives

1876: The anniversary of Drift Bible Christian Sunday School was celebrated on Good Friday. Trewellard Brass Band was in attendance, and played admirably. Upwards of 70 children and 130 adults partook the tea and cake provided. (2 May 1876 – The Cornish Telegraph)
1897: The children began to assemble, each face smiling with gleeful anticipation of the good things that awaited them. The Trewellard Brass Band had now arrived, and a procession was formed. About 200 children took part and walked as far as Trevescan and back. (1 July 1897 – Cornishman)
1905: Mousehole Sunday school, accompanied by Paul and Trewellard Bands, marched through the town on Monday afternoon to Trewarveneth, where their annual gala was held. (13 July 1905 – Cornishman)
1906: Trewellard Brass Band appears in the West Cornwall Album.

This photograph appears on the Pendeen Band website so it could be that, at this time, Pendeen and Trewellard bands were one in the same
1910: Marched to Porthcurno headed by Trewellard Band. Returning to the school they were regaled with tea and buns… various games were indulged in. (9 June 1910 – The Cornish Telegraph)
1919: The United Methodist School met in a field kindly lent by Mr. White, and paraded the district, headed by the St Just Old Town Band. The Free Methodist Church School met in Mr. Olds’ field, and joined in the procession, headed by the Trewellard Brass Band. Returning to the field, the children were supplied with buns and tea. (11 June 1919 – Cornishman)
1922: Friends around kindly entertained the lads to tea and in the evening a service was held in Chapel conducted by the Trewellard Mission Band. (6 September 1922 – Cornishman)
1923: The children met in a field adjoining the school, after which the route was taken, headed by the Trewellard Brass Band, under Bandmaster Jas. Williams. (4 July 1923 – Cornishman)
