Fraddon is a village in mid Cornwall in the parish of St Enoder roughly midway between Newquay and St Austell
1910: Fraddon Coronation Band formed to celebrate the Coronation of George V. (RCG 21st September 1911)
1910: A Bullock, first Fraddon Coronation Band MD. He was also involved with the Indian Queens Band. (John Brush)
1911: Fraddon Band was formed at the last Coronation. Officials: H J Rowse, JP (President), Captain Bullock (Vice President), T T Strongman (Hon. Treasurer), W J Nicholls (Hon. Secretary). Contest Committee: A Bullock (Chairman), J Tamblyn, G Hore, L Hore, F Bullock, J Truscott and A J Hocking. (RCG 21st September 1911)
1911: Fraddon Band was forced to play locally as Queens Band had accepted an engagement for the Coronation celebrations away from home. The men who volunteered to form Fraddon Band were a “second” band to Indian Queens. (RCG 21st September 1911)

During its short lifetime Fraddon Temperance Band contested frequently with no less than 11 appearances from 1920 to 1922. (John Brush)
